Who are we?

Call us old-fashioned.

But innovative at the same time.

How can that be?

We are building vegetation management software in the Midwest, focused on the values of community, cooperation, innovation, and usability.

We serve our customers, electric utility co-ops, first and foremost. We seek to build strong, lasting relationships based on trust.

Our reason to be is to solve real, tangible vegetation problems to improve the safety and reliability of our customers’ grid.

We are not beholden to big outside investors that dictate our choices. That is the autonomy and independence that allows us to collaborate with partners in the ecosystem based on our values.

We pick up the phone. If something needs to be different, we address it right away.

We are obsessed with usability for our clients. If the user does not understand something, that’s on us. We listen, learn, and build something better. Fast.

We are constantly learning. And then sharing the knowledge back with our community in the form of education and training. We seek to add to the community’s knowledge with initiatives such as the Co-Op Heroes podcast.

We are passionate about deep analytics and cutting-edge technology, and also realize that software is used by complex, dynamic people.

We find our work every day in that intersection of science and art.

We are choosing the long road, not the easy one.

If you see yourself in these words, we would love to work with you.
